Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your service continues through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If we miss a scheduled visit due to our error and cannot reschedule within 7 days, we will credit that visit to your next bill.

Missed-Visit Credit

If we cannot complete a visit because the yard is inaccessible (locked gate, unrestrained aggressive dog, etc.) the visit is non-refundable. We will notify you by SMS or email.

Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, email Scoop@DonScoopy.com. We resolve most issues within 1 business day.
