1. Information We Collect
- Contact info: name, phone, email, service address.
- Service info: pet details, yard notes, gate codes, photos taken during visits.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us, SMS opt-in status and timestamp.
- Analytics: page views and conversions via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (only after you accept cookies).
2. How We Use It
To schedule and provide service, bill you, communicate about visits, send marketing (only with opt-in), prevent fraud, and improve our service.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Google (maps & analytics), Meta (ads), and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information.
4. SMS Data
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in status are not shared with third parties for marketing. See SMS Terms.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies for site functionality and (with your consent) analytics and ads. You can decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner.
6. Data Retention
We keep customer records for as long as you have an account plus 7 years for tax/legal purposes. Leads that don't convert are kept for 24 months.
7. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email Scoop@DonScoopy.com. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
8. Children
Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
